Thirsty Thursday: Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

If you live in California, and more specifically Northern California, then you know the crazy heat wave we are enduring. The weather out this way has reached over triple digits and stepping outside is like walking through the Mojave desert.

So for this installment of Thursday Thirsty, we though we would give you something light and refreshing, to help combat that heat and just enjoy yourself. This drink is fast to make, bubbly, and sweet, perfect for this weather!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups prosecco, chilled (non-alcoholic way is either club soda or non-alcoholic prosecco)
  • 1 cup limoncello liqueur chilled ( or lemonade)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions:

In a pitcher, combine prosecco and limoncello (or your non-alcoholic ingredients). Serve with raspberries and garnish with mint.

This drink is sure to be a hit at any get together or just lounging around with the family, and it is easy to make non-alcoholic so don’t be afraid to try it with a different twist!
