McCormic & Company “Flavor Forecast” is predicting that 2016 will be the year of spicy foods with tangy accents and Southeast Asian as a top flavor trend. Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca and Rocoto are some of the Peruvian chilies that will popular in making sauces.
Also forecasted to make a hit are some ancient herbs like thyme, parsley, and rosemary. On top of that pickling is becoming more popular as well as roasting and bruleed ingredients.
