Thirsty Thursday: Hot Vanilla Chai Tea

Happy Fall everyone! With the seasons changing that means it is getting a little cooler outside, so lets warm ourselves up with a festive fall drink. Read on to learn how to make this yummy hot vanilla chai tea.

Vanilla chai tea is great. This drink has a mixture of great flavors and spices and when severed warm, it makes us cozy and relaxed. This drink can also be made in big batches, so if you wanted to share it with some friends, you can easily do so!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup non-dairy vanilla creamer
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups instant tea
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cardamon
  • 1 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions:

Mix all you dry spices together. In a pot, heat up the milk and non-dairy creamers. Add the dry mixture while continually stirring to help get everything well incorporated. After everything is mixed and made to the temperature you like, pour into a coffee mug and enjoy!

You can also make this great beverage into a gift by using dry milk and non-dairy creamers and storing in a mason jar. All the gift receivers would have to do is add warm water to the mixture and they have their very own vanilla chai tea!
